The Park City Municipal Code is a classified compilation of the general and permanent ordinances of the City of Park City. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the content of the Municipal Code contained on the online version. However, the Code changes from time to time due to the adoption, deletion and/or alteration of ordinances by the City Council. A copy of the City codebook is also available for public inspection at the Village Hall.

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is a State law (5 ILCS 140/1-140/11) that provides a method for the public to gain access to government records. Any person who wishes to inspect and/or obtain copies of public records from the City of Park City shall follow the rules in accordance with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act. The City Clerk is an elected official who is the keeper of the records for the City which includes but is not limited to intergovernmental agreements, City project files, ordinances, resolutions, minutes of City Council meetings and all other legal documentation in regards to the actions of the City of Park City. Records retention, storage, and destruction are functions of the City Clerk. The Clerk is also appointed as the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Open Meetings Act (OMA) officer for the Village.
The City of Park City is committed to following the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Pursuant of that act, the City has established the following Grievance Procedure. Click Here to download procedures.
This Grievance Procedure is established to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”). It may be used by anyone who wishes to file a complaint alleging discrimination on the basis of disability in the provision of services, activities, programs, or benefits by the City of Park City. The City of Park City's Personnel Policy governs employment-related complaints of disability discrimination.
Complaints must be in writing and contain information about the alleged discrimination such as name, address, phone number of complainant, locations, date, and description of the problem. Alternative means for filing complaints, such as personal interviews or a tape recording of the complaint will be made available for persons with disabilities upon request.
Complaints should be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than 60 calendar days after the alleged violation, to
